At PrimeStandHub, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unused or gently used.
  • Returned in original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all original components and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse.
  • Products intentionally altered.
  • Products returned after 30 days.

Free Return Process

  2. Include your order number.
  3. Explain the reason for return.
  4. Our team will provide return instructions.

Customers will not be charged return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times:

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days.
  • Bank processing: 5–10 business days.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.
  • Attach clear photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently replace defective or damaged products when inventory is available.
